Refund Policy

If not completely satisfied with your Sierra Coast Cargo Rack™, then within (10) days from the date of purchase you may return the Rack to Sierra Coast Cargo Racks™, Sale Barn Rd., Cassville, MO 65625 postage pre-paid by the customer. A copy of the original sales receipt, a RMA# issued by Sierra Coast Cargo Racks™, sales@scbikeracks.com or by phone 636-398-8088, customers name, mailing and electronic mail (e-mail) address, original credit card number and telephone number must accompany the returned Rack. Your credit card will be credited when the Rack is in possession and has been inspected by Sierra Coast Cargo Racks™. No return will be accepted, or refunds made, where the Rack exhibits unusual wear and tear, or damage resulting from an accident, or unreasonable use. Sierra Coast L.L.C. reserves the sole right to accept any return or make any refund and the decision of Sierra Coast L.L.C. shall be final.
